Terms and Conditions

General Information

Minimum stay: 2 nights

Capacity: Max 6 people

Children pay the full rate unless they are in a crib (0-1 year).

Included in the rates:

Final cleaning

Bed linen and towels

Bathroom kit

Utilities (gas, air conditioning, electricity)

Not included:

Extra cleaning service

Linen change upon request

Payment Terms

First payment: 40% of the total amount upon booking.

Balance: 60% of the total amount to be paid one month before arrival.

NOTE – If the booking is made one month or less before arrival, the full amount will be paid, and no refund will be available beyond 48 hours after the booking.

Security deposit: A security deposit is not currently required, but this may change in the future.

Tourist tax:

Chianti: €2 per person for the first 7 days (excluding children under 12)

Florence: €6 per person for the first 7 days (excluding children under 12)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 48 hours of booking: Refund of the amount paid, excluding payment processing fees (3.63%).

Cancellation after 48 hours: Loss of the deposit.

Cancellation after the balance is paid: No refund available.
