General Information<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Minimum stay: 2 nights<\/span><\/p>\n

Capacity: Max 6 people<\/span><\/p>\n

Children pay the full rate unless they are in a crib (0-1 year).<\/span><\/p>\n

Included in the rates:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Final cleaning<\/span><\/p>\n

Bed linen and towels<\/span><\/p>\n

Bathroom kit<\/span><\/p>\n

Utilities (gas, air conditioning, electricity)<\/span><\/p>\n

Not included:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Extra cleaning service<\/span><\/p>\n

Linen change upon request<\/span><\/p>\n

Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h4>\n

First payment: 40% of the total amount upon booking.<\/span><\/p>\n

Balance: 60% of the total amount to be paid one month before arrival.<\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE – If the booking is made one month or less before arrival, the full amount will be paid, and no refund will be available beyond 48 hours after the booking.<\/span><\/p>\n

Security deposit: A security deposit is not currently required, but this may change in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tourist tax:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Chianti: \u20ac2 per person for the first 7 days (excluding children under 12)<\/span><\/p>\n

Florence: \u20ac6 per person for the first 7 days (excluding children under 12)<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Cancellation within 48 hours of booking: Refund of the amount paid, excluding payment processing fees (3.63%).<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation after 48 hours: Loss of the deposit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation after the balance is paid: No refund available.<\/span><\/p>\n
